Hey, I'm Soner, 27 years old and an all-around videographer from Vienna who films a wide variety of content; weddings, events, music videos, social media content for brands and influencers, corporate videos and much more.

My inspiration for my setup comes from the idea of combining modern tech with organic materials such as wood and greenery, while still remaining minimalistic.

This choice of materials and colors ensures that I feel very comfortable and can work creatively for hours, which is quite important in my industry as you have to work on projects over a long period of time. My setup has changed a lot over the years depending on my needs and the further development of my video skills.

At first I used a single 24" monitor, switched to an ultrawide, then upgraded to a dual monitor setup and now I'm back to a single monitor, because I've noticed that I can focus much better on the actual work this way. I use a Mac Studio M1 Max combined with Magic Keyboard, Magic Trackpad and MX Master 3S. To be able to save and backup my large video files I use the Terramaster D4-300 with a total of 16TB storage space.

My favourite item on my desk is the plant called Oxalis Triangularis that I recently purchased. It’s a purple colored clover in the shape of hearts. It’s really interesting that the leaves stay open in daylight and close when it gets dark. For me it’s kind of a sign that I should stop working and take some time off in the evening.
